What kind of person never freaks out occasionally? Apart from a really really dull one, of course! I missed the last entry but would like to hear what you have to say re family stuff, when you're ready to write it. L has not seen his children for three years - they dont want to see him (although he has never done anything wrong), probably because of whatever their mother has told them about L. He misses them dreadfully but says they have to find their own time to want to be with him. I find it difficult to deal with the fall-out from this, especially as my own children see their dad all the time, whenever they want to. Anyway, Im burbling now. s x

I tend to be the type of person that FREAKS OUT quite easily. (((hugs))) A book that has really helped me manage my anxiety is, The Power Of Now. I try to stay in the NOW as much as possible. I can't control the past or the future, only the NOW.
